No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within three weeks of the retreat start date.
 

50% of refund will be provided for those who cancel before 3 weeks of program start date
 

In case of a no-show or leaving the retreat midway, no refund will be provided.
 

Retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or accommodation if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
 

In case there is a change in the health situation (Eg. Pandemic) OR any other emergency situation and we feel it's not safe to go ahead with the program OR if we don't have the minimum group strength, we may call off the program. In such a case participants will get a full refund excluding payment gateway charges if any.
